So JSC.com not having the mini on sale for the first 4 hours was Shopify’s fault? That’s hilarious that some of you actually believe that. This was a disaster and blaming Shopify who handles Black Friday for every major retailer on earth is a little naïve.

Beautylish and morphe didn’t have nearly the problems that JSC did and actually Beautylish was the best page to use and they barely had any problems at all - and they didn’t crash, some people had to refresh a couple times but they did not crash the way JSC did.

A presale, even if it just started Tuesday after they revealed the palette it would have definitely helped no matter how many people say it wouldn’t lol
