I love Lou's and Pequods and Gio's for deep dish but I don't eat deep dish more than once a week.
So, that leaves us with the surprisingly tricky feat of finding decent thin crust in Chicago (specifically Belmont/Sheffield).
Giordano's: Pretty good, great cheese and sauce. But damn, their crust can be tough to get through.
Nancy's: Sauce is criminally under-salted.
Home Run Inn: I dunno it's the whole package for me! Delicious crust, good sauce, lots of cheese.
Pat's: So good! But super thin crust so not for all
Renaldis: Solid
Dags: I love dags but for some, too greasy
Lou's: very good, catch me with that giardineria and spinach. But not really a true thin.
If there's any others I should be considering, lemme know. Always down to add to my catologue. I know Gino's East is a thing but I would never recommend it for any variety unless you're stranded in downtown Wheaton.
