I just found out my (24f) boyfriend (32m) of 3 years has been secretly charting my menstral cycle in order to win arguments ???

Sorry but some women act insane due to PMT. When you're on the other end of that it makes you feel like complete shit, you do literally nothing wrong, walk in and your girlfriend starts screaming and/or being passive aggressive for no reason.

I once had an ex get angry because I said her name. I had another get mad because I took more than 3 minutes to throw away an empty crisp packet while watching a movie. I had another get mad because I crossed my legs and my foot slightly got in the way of the TV. And not just mad, I mean so mad that they were throwing shit. I've only met a few women where this doesn't happen. I'll get downvoted for saying that but what do you want guys to do? When a girl is acting that way towards me when I haven't done anything wrong my first thought is whether her period is due. The answer is usually yes.

I don't know how it became "sexist" to say this because all of the above examples I mentioned, they were all almost crying they were so apologetic, begging me to realize that they only behaved that way because their period was on it's way. It's something women joke about because it's true. So honestly, through the years I've sort of done the same, I keep mental track of when their periods are and if their mood is off and they're TREATING ME LIKE DOGSHIT FOR NO REASON (the part of this discussion that gets ignored in favor of "YEW SECKSIST PIG!!!") I know why. If guy's moods shifted like this they'd be told to deal with it, grow up and stop abusing those closest to them just because their mood feels off. "Aww, you got a belly ache?" is how society would respond.

Bring on the downvoted and comments that go nowhere such as "oh, yikes a doodle do!" "who hurt you?" and "why do you hate women?" proving that reading comprehension has dropped through the floor.
