Is it just me, or is it getting crazier out there? [share your financial reality]

Also a single income family of four here in London ON, earning the low end of $70ish. I’ve paid off $15K in debt in the past four years and we’ll will be fully debt free by the end of 2021. Sure we have no assets but I’ve been making modest RRSP payments that my company matches and in a few more years when my partner returns to work full time we can put 100% of that salary into our future. It’s not a glamorous life right now by any stretch of the imagination but we live comfortably within our means and can afford a few extras at the end of the month. But it certainly takes a lot of careful planning to balance a budget as razor thin as ours.
