Just a reminder that the The Dawning is free and the cosmetics are an optional buy.

Yeah, I guess. I enjoyed this expansion, but it was relatively shallow for $30. I know it sounds entitled, but Bungie does owe their community. The community who stood by them through the barren vanilla destiny, the 9 month weapon rebalance drought, the delayed releases starting as far back as House of Wolves. The radio silence for about two months last year, with basically no Bungie updates.

The Taken King was huge, it offered 3 new subclasses, a raid, 5 or 7 PvP maps, 3 new game modes, and a much longer story experience for $10 more.

I know we get tired of seeing "whining" on here, but the "whining" does produce results with many changes often being implemented. The level of feedback being acted on now is great, and hopefully Bungie continues to keep an open dialogue with the community.

Also, please don't let weapon balance stagnate. The changes we have had to weapons have done nothing but make less weapons competitive. They ruined high impact pulse rifles medium impact pulse rifles, any hand cannon without Rifled Barrel, and high rate of fire autos. Every change has effectively taken a weapon archetype out of the meta since TTK started. We are down to low/very low impact pulse rifles, medium impact hand cannons with max range(or near max), and Mida Multi-tool being competitive weapons.

Hopefully they recognize the past few weapon balance mistakes, and start reducing time to kill across the board on primary weapons.
