Key Ukrainian port city of Mariupol "near to a humanitarian catastrophe" on Wednesday after more than 15 hours of continuous bombardment by Russian forces, deputy mayor tells the BBC

Alright I will concede a traditional no fly zone may be to controversial.

I am just tired of watching Nato march around the world as the moral authority only willing to fight countries with no hope of fighting back.

Here we have Ukraine putting up a valiant defence vs an an opponent that will kill more and more innocent people with conventional weapons. Every day this stretches out is a day more innocent people die.

I am not an advocate for Nuclear War but what do we do? What if Russia invades Moldova, or Tunisia, Finland or Denmark? Does Nato just sit back and watch because this bully can fight back? What if North Korea starts bombing South Korea or Japan? What will people do if China invades Taiwan?

We just gave Putin a free pass. What happens if Putin puts a Nuke into Ukraine? How many innocent Ukrainians need to die before we stop being afraid?

Sorry I am just sick of this bullshit. I am a father with 2 young children. I havve watched how quickly people turn a blind eye to shit around them.

Lastly, fine don't help Ukraine. Hold an emergency session and allow Ukraine to join Nato. Tell Russia you have 48 hours to leave. Do they enact mutual destruction? Would Putin be willing to destroy his 100million people + the 300million (just estimated) in Nato countries to impose his will on 44 million Ukrainians while he lives out his life in a bunker with his family?
