I wanted to study what those twitchy things in the rainwater barrel were. I collected them in a water-filled jar and brought the jar in the house. Lidless. Pretty soon I found out what those things were. My parents were not happy with my discovery.

On a different occasion, I let lizards loose in the house to eat mosquitos because I had read in an adventure book about something like that. My lizards ate no mosquitos though, just freaked mom.

I also fed wet sugar to the ants in my half-bathroom for a long period, until my dad saw them and sprayed them with insecticide. I was sad dad killed my pets. Turns out most ants did not die and without me feeding them, they were starving, so they moved their colony in the kitchen where they thrived for many years, until adult me waged total war against them.
