A lot of people il suggesting retcon, to answer that I'm gonna say this, even if most people would disagree with me.

Were long time friends and even if shit like that pisses me off, not everyone was OK with booting the player, after a bit of chatting we all came to the conclusion that we were giving him a last chance. (in my opinion, it's just for sport at this point, but..)

We as a group (kobold excluded) decided to not retcon, because we know he would have gotten away saying "yea but you all survived in the end.." and shit like that.

So we're going forward making new sheets and waiting for the moment he does something shitty again (because some of us at the table JUST KNOW that he will do some shit like that again) but some others still have hope.
