Yeah, exactly right. Kentucky takes huge amounts of money - especially for socialist farm programs - yet, NY asking for help in a pandemic is somehow wrong? It's hypocritical and also terrible.

Also, as a note, the people being most impact in NY are in Upstate which is more like Kentucky then it is New York City. Their hospitals are overwhelmed, some are closing, PPE and ventilators were stripped by the National Guard and sent to NYC and now Massachusetts. This, on top of decades of most taxes being taken by NYC for infrastructure such as the MTA. Cuomo has handed some crumbs to upstate, but not a lot. NYC and the various boroughs are fine as much as possible. It's the counties and upstate communities that are in trouble.
