I mean from what she's saying it can be taken a few ways. She could be in general crazy. Be very sheltered. But what I think she's really talking about the laws defining that things should be equal. Now we know that it's not true in practice.

Beliefs like these don't hold up when people get a college education and learn in depth about difficult and complex topics like African-American history. Well really, the worlds history in general is filled with conquer and conquest of people and societies.
