No worries. I'm not LE so what I'm saying is mostly conjecture, and to be fair, I wouldn't want to get hit with any caliber, not even 22. And, I agree that 9mm is enough to end a fight.

The point I wanted to make, which I probably didn't do a good job of, is given the choice between a pistol caliber or rifle caliber AK, all else being equal, I'm taking the rifle caliber AK. And some of the reasons for that choice are exactly the reasons why LE might not pick that caliber for duty: over-penetration and higher lethality. That's not to say officers do not want to shoot to kill ever. It's just that as peace-keepers, they are held to a special standards by society which are different from say special forces in Afghanistan.

In any case, this gun is cool looking, but I selfishly wish he had picked a rifle caliber for when the zombies attack.
