I‘m sick of this Boomer belittling. They shouldn‘t talk about „GaMiFiCaTiOn“, they should talk about NAKED SHORTS and obvious PRICE MANIPULATION tactics by big players.

I'll leave this here instead of making a new post about it:

So we're basically on our own, when it comes to the war we're currently in and even when it came to the first battle in January.

They either don't know or don't care about the real issues at hand here - whether it's due to shorts masterful hiding of the ongoing shorting, or the fact Congress never really cared in the first place anyway, instead using the January situation to further their own personal agendas in the stock market space that they've been trying to do for years before this - and will be trying to do years after.

Whether it's some innocent but naive notion at thinking they know what the causes are that surrounded the January situation that started this whole thing - or a more willful ignorance to continue to push their own agendas, we at least now know we're on our own.

From here on out - be aware that the SEC hearings have nothing to actually do with the whole GME situation and maybe never really did (besides lightly touching on when multiple brokers, not just RH restricted the option to buy)

Good to know though either just how out of touch or how uncaring about the real issues Congress are.
