[M/W/27] Wrongfully accused by police in front of hundreds of families. I want the police department to pay for dinner as restitution for their wrongdoing. Is this asking to much?

Long story short, I "matched" the description of a bank robber. The robbery had just took place and the police hadn't had enough time to properly sift through the vault video. The actual suspect, which was seen clearly on the vault video, turned out to be dark skinned Hispanic with no facial hair. I am a pasty white Jew with almost a full beard.

I heard someone shout "freeze" behind me as I was walking to pick up my will call tickets. Knowing nothing was wrong with me I kept walking thinking someone around me was potential dangerous. Next thing I know I turn around and 8+ officers are behind me with their hands on weapons telling me to freeze and get down on the ground. I was pinned down and patted down and thrown against a wall. They proceeded to surround me and tell me that I was a bank robber etc. It didn't help that it was Family Night. So this proceeded to happen in front of hundreds of families with children in tow. This went on for a while, being surrounded against the wall as the looked at the vault video. My friends arrived and were mortified seeing me surrounded by armed police officers...getting told I just robbed a bank when I hadn't..........1 hour later I was released and proceeded to attend the hockey game. I got the name of one of the officers and was told if i ever need anything just say his name.....BUT my question is this:

Is it to much to ask the police department to pay for a nice dinner for me and my girlfriend? It was extraordinarily traumatizing and who knows what the bystanders thought...maybe I knew some who knows! thanks for your insight.
