Their is no reason to nerf it at all.

• Streaks should have their Blitzkrieg-level of effectiveness by default, thus Blitzkrieg no longer buffs streaks. To compensate for that nerf, Blitzkrieg's method of earning streaks should reward objective play. If you don't like objective play then you're not forced to abide by it. You're still more than welcome to run around killwhoring if that's your thing.

I'm not sure much simpler I can make it for you. Blitzkrieg is most certainly not fine in its current iteration.
