Makeup Artists

unfortunately there's a lot of 'artists' these days who are really just people who've watched a lot of youtube tutorials and decided they wanted to make 'easy money' doing makeup. My advice is look for someone who is qualified, who has been doing makeup for a couple years, who is responsive and has good reviews. These things show they're somewhat serious about the industry. I'm a makeup artist myself and have had way to many girls message me asking to book after their first artist just stopped replying or cancelled last minute, including girls who've paid deposits and then the artist ghosted them (totally unacceptable). You need to book for your actual date at the same time, or even before, booking your trial. Legit artists will also not 'reserve' your wedding date without a deposit till after you've done your trial - it's their income.
