Who said we were discussing last resort options? I already explained that I wasn't going to starve or freeze. It was a matter of comfort, and staying well groomed for work.

Most people wouldn't eat pussy for a place to stay, but I'm clearly not your average person. Sure I could have just not put out, and she wouldn't have kicked me out that night, but I was empathetic to her needs, and I was thinking longer term, and knew I'd be more likely to be able to come back if I gave her a good lickin. No skin off my back.

Shelters where I lived didn't have showers or laundry, jail is a just plain stupid option that I wouldn't consider even if I was starving. Churches where I lived don't let you just sleep on the floor, some run homeless shelters or food banks (which I utilized when I had to) but they don't provide any services beyond that

I had plenty of options BEFORE I became homeless, but addiction is a beast that pretty well fucked my life up, and it was not easy to get past that. But thanks to the support of the remaining friends I had, I was able to avoid sleeping in my car most nights, until I got a place and was able to go to rehab.

Nothing you have suggested would have been better than the route I chose if you ask me.
