MAYBE give the dog a second chance if it's a real dog and not a shitbull. You can't reliably rehab a shitbull like this, this is what they were bred to do. Good luck reliably getting a shepherd to never display it's genetic herding behavior, good luck reliably getting a pointer to never display it's genetic herding behavior, and good luck reliably getting a murderous pitbull to never display it's genetic dog murdering behavior.

These shitbulls don't fucking deserve a second chance, let alone the third, fourth, fifth chances they usually fucking get. The other dogs (and cats, and children, and adults) that the maim and kill don't get a second chance to not be maimed or killed.
