4x18 is when Ezra asks Mona into his class room bc he wants to work with her now. Watch her face when she closes the door is the biggest smirk, like she knows she just got her way. I always figured he asked her after the diary/cabin incident bc he realized he couldn't do all the research alone so he got her to do the majority of it for him from that point on.

Yes! That's great: and maybe she could help him figure out who was supposed to be whom, and even do the changes Spencer saw later (?). Thanks. Yeah, "shippers" are usually all about a pairing (Ezra+Aria, Spencer+Toby, etc) and couldn't give a damn about the rest of the show at all. I'd thought this show was fairly shipper-free until the 4A finale with "EzrA", and Twitter blew up. D: Oh it was a nightmare. Mar probably got death threats then too. (People ship the actors with each other, like they'll hate "the Jackie actress" because she is "trying to come between Lucy and Ian" —oh you don't even want to KNOW. You need brain bleach (eye candy!) to unsee that shit.)

4x19 ... He gets much more squinty eyed when he looks at the pics of Shana talking to the girls.

I just saw that one for REAL! I completely noticed that, too! I didn't think about the why; actually, I'd thought he was looking at Emily real strange, but Em/Shana were sharing scenes in that one. How could I freakin miss that when just episodes later, he'd finger Shana as "the bad guy" (while he was in the hospital).

I'm at a point where I'm putting definite "not friends" into different columns, seeing how they line up, lol.

But I don't know where to put Mona! And do I put Constipated Toby with Mona? Then we get freakin Varjak... Talia, Egg, etc. If I could just nail down the basics!
