And I’m just telling what I’ve been seeing. :) I say that with fellow Mavs fan kindness. Not saying you’re wrong, but I think in fairness I can share what I see, too. I’ve had seats for 6 years and get to go a lot of private events. It doesn’t mean that I know anymore, bc I want Dirk to get one more. I can just tell how drastically he’s doing things this year from what I’ve seen up-close the last 5. He absolutely doesn’t want any kind of send-off done like Kobe or Derek Jeter got and if he did 21 seasons, everyone would know that was the last. It’s simply not Dirk’s style. He’s the type who will bask in it all (which he’s doing this year simply by his pregame rituals and how different they are this year), then slip out. People can downvote me all they want just for having an opinion. I respect yours and I’m just sharing my observation, that’s all. Go Mavs!
