I hope your situation gets better OP. My situation was very much like yours. She's bipolar at me and my brother all the time and my dad sides with her not to upset her family. When my dad hired a trainer to make me fit she got angry and will do any excuse for us to get scolded. We get sent to our aunts to be lectured and to "pray" about it. We went to college full time and she makes unreasonable rules that adds to the stress (making us wake up at 7AM everyday to clean their plates even though I had three finals in a week) We ALWAYS clean their plates. They said we were lazy and should get out of the house while in college. Do you know that my dad and probably that bitch got free university tuition (the entire four years) from their parents and never paid for housing back from their countries? They're complaining about us being freeloaders but we never get money from them since we use financial aid for food, books, and other essentials. Congratulations to them, I was driven to psychosis and now permanently have a crippling mental illness. I'm now living with my mom and pretend that what my dad did never happened.
