In all honesty maybe it’s her way to get out of this relationship. You don’t seem interested in compromise or solutions, so I think you’re looking at the beginning of the end.

Also… let’s say you “win” and force her to stay here. Force her to stomp out her dream. She will resent you and that will build over time to something so much worse. I don’t think you’re prepared for what that will do to your relationship and you don’t seem to have the depth of communication and self actualization to weather that storm.

I'm literally willing to live anywhere in this country- wanting to stay in the same country you just got a dream job in, is a pretty normal boundary
