Two, the other contestants definitely laughed and found it endearing as well. And in this short clip you can't really tell if the other contestants have good or poor sense of humor.

In fact you can't even tell if this lady has a good sense of humor or not from this 1 action. Signs point heavily towards yes but you can never be sure.

Also we don't know who is actually hottest here, as telling temperature through GIFs is extremely difficult without a thermometer in frame.

Though you could make an argument that here extra mass would produce and insulate more heat than the rest, so therefore she would most likely be the "hottest" on stage.

All that being said the CHS logo makes me think this is a high school production. For those that are unaware many American high schools throw a pageant like this to declare "Miss Town" or whatever. So it's likely that these ladies are Seniors in High School.
