It's not relevant to the idealogy you are putting forth. You said they are morally obligated to speak up on black issues because they borrow from black culture. If that's genuinely what you think, then that's behavior you would apply to them universally. You can't make a statement like that and then run and hide from it by stating you're only representing black issues. I mean, you even use influences from other cultures and don't feel the need to speak on their issues because you're black and representing black issues, but feel asians should also be responsible and speak on black issues. Either you think they're under an obligation to speak up when they borrow from a culture or you don't. That's not a black specific thing and there's no reason to make it one.
