Men shame when for having a lot of consensual sex more than they shame other men for rape

I did. The top comment too. That was the inspiration for my response.

In that example though, the dude was already acting like a piece of trash by asking friends for Ritalin. That was stupid on him. And stupid on the people that didn't catch what was coming. That's shady as shit... from any side. From the drug begging, to "moving on to the next drunk girl." And in that example, that OP is completely right. No doubt about it. I am not arguing that.

What I'm talking about are the motherfuckers that you never would have thought to have it in them. They don't talk about it. They are not demeaning towards female friends or family. They do not ask for drugs, and they do not have friends that are demeaning towards women. We're talking ZERO scummy activity. And that's not exclusive to rape, either. What's the old saying when something bad happens in the neighborhood? That's right... "They were always so polite, but kept mostly to themselves. We never would have thought they could do something like this."

The same logic applies. People are animals. Some are just better at hiding it. When it does come to light though, the good people that ran with this poor excuse of a human, and never saw it coming, often feel very VERY sick about it. That was my take on it when a friend of five years that ran with a good group then was charged and convicted of rape. All the guys in the group never saw it coming. Funny thing was, neither did the women. So that goes back to my original question - HOW CAN WE STOP AND SHAME A MAN FOR RAPE WHEN WE DON'T KNOW ABOUT IT?
