I know this barely relates to MGS but please hear me out, I would love any sort of help. So here's the gist of it. I bought what I thought was a pretty awesome looking MGSV Varsity Jacket for my brother before he left for the military from Crazy4 Ltd "GAMER HEAVEN" , a European based company, on August 27th being told it would be sent in September. It looked like a legit and popular company. Until the actual product wasn't sent. This changed to October, November and so on everytime I emailed them. I got no feedback for my orders, I had to be the one who asked, and was given no real answersby someone named Jacob. Eventually I decided I just wanted the money back, no hassle. I was told three different times the refund would be sent in 7 business days, by "Jacob" yet again.. After the third time I called my bank (Heritage Trust) and was told that because it was beyond the 60 days(?) for a chargeback and that it was debit, I agreed to the "purchase" (even though again, I got nothing) and that I would have to keep contacting the company for my purchase. In December, they just decided to close for about the whole month, so I couldn't talk to them at all. I even emailed them Dec. 8th and was told they would be closed until Dec.4th....obviously something was up. Then I see this. So again, contact my bank, same answers, nothing I could do, I would keep having to contact this "ghost" "company" for my money. I end up contacting SagePay (they did the transfer from american to european) and contacted everything related. no luck. So I find out, this company got bought out by "Airwave Apparel". So I message them for help, they tell me there is nothing they can do as they have nothing to do with gamer-heaven...sure enough, guy's name is Jacob. And he alwasys ends with Kind Regards. So guys, what should I do? tl,dr Got scammed, want revenge, must I become a demon or go nuclear?
