Execution is everything in business. Ideas are a dime a dozen. I have a multi trillion dollar idea for example, it's a replicator that can take atoms as input and output essentially any object. Imagine feeding sand into a machine and getting a hamburger, or gold, or medicine or maybe a new body part or organ!

Anyways I think the meta's stupid with its investment lol. But it's not because it's not an original idea. I just think we're way too early technology wise from being able to make this practical and cheap enough to change the world. If we had a contact lens VR/AR device that cost $100 and didn't need a phone? You'd sell one to every single human out there that could afford it
