Sorry to hear that. I hear a lot of ppl talking about how their dose messes with their stomach and ways to remedy it. I use to always wake up with why I called “stomach rot” or “bubble guts” before dosing.

Probiotics have completely changed the game for me in that respect. Ur experience seems to have been on the more problematic side of the spectrum. I could totally see that being an issue when ur job is to talk to people on the reg.

Congrats on 7 years, if I ever had to do the switch back for some ungodly reason, I would taper as low as I could comfortably, then switch to bags. After I felt like the methadone was completely dislodged from my receptors I would eat a sub a few days after abstaining from D.

I’ve made the switch to methadone cuz I couldn’t get back on my subs without being thrown into precipitated. Works wonder for me, absolutely gave me my life back. Glad u were able to find success.
