Here's my issue. I understand the patient that has a slip up or is still using in the beginning of treatment etc.. But it's the people who join a clinic that really have no intentions of getting clean. They simply join so they can get a legal fix and continue to use other drugs now that their opiate is taking care of. Some state funded clinics and many private clinics that take insurance have very long waiting list. And theirs people on that list who truly want help and it took alot of courage for them to ask. But end up dead or never make their intake because their back on the streets using. So when you have people taking up a spot they don't value and know what they really have is when I get upset.
