(MI, USA) I need advice for how to properly evict my roommate. Not on lease. I have all the money I owe him on hand.

Okay so he moved in and him and I have very different lifestyle choices. He stays up late, sleeps in all day, wants company over alot, dramatic and "panic attack" happy, and has his parents pay for everything. His only obligation in life right now is a art major and he lives in constant anxiety over it but choses to sleep, not clean, fart everywhere etc. Maybe he needs help or college isn't for him, mental disorder...don't know I don't care. Take your money and have a good life.

The security deposit and this month's rent add up to $500. I have it ready for him. I want him out so I can go back to sleeping more than 4 or 5 hours a night, play music again, read, have a clean house and study at home instead of having to find somewhere because home is full of guests, weed, and a loud TV or someone passed out in the living room. Our lifestyles are not compatible and it's caused me stress, loss of sleep, which in turn have lead to my grades slipping. I'm trying to focus on school and work not all the drama he's brought into the house let alone the disrespectful"so?" I would get for asking them all to quiet down bc I have an 8am class.
