[Mod Post] Do you want to moderate AskReddit? We're adding full mods!

1) I am in Central Time (US). Usually 9am-11pm EST though sometimes later. Probably 2 hours a day, so about 21 hours a week. 2) I used to moderate a TF2 and a Battlefield Heroes server. I have never been asked to leave a subreddit. I like to keep things from escelating and keeping it peaceful. 3) Nothing. Fine as far as I can tell. 4) Quality of posts and more guidelines. I'm not sure what I'd change, but the constant shit posting would be tricky to clean up. 5) Ask another mod for there imput. If none are on, I would most likely take it down, but it's situational of course. 6) Yes. Post like "why do x think its okay to do y" shouldn't be allowed, otherwise we'd be no better than worldnews. 7) Yes, ask reddit isn't filled with experts and it's generally not a good idea to ask for personal help on an open forum. 8) It is necessary. Taking one troll or problematic user out to better the overall quality if the sub is important. 9) The role of the moderators is to inforce the rules of the subreddit and keeping user happiness as high as possible. Letting le upboats decide is begging for brigading. 10) Consistent trolling and harrassing, or posting illegal content. 11) If it isn't outright abuse, in which case I would reverse it, contact other mods and ask them for their input. 12) Ask the mod that remived it why they did, or if it is blatant abuse, put the post back up. 13) None and no. 14) Subs that are nsfw entirely I'm ok with being quarantined. I'm not sure how many are so I can't answer the second. 15) Yes, as in ither moderation. Talk to them and try to clm then down so they don't retaliate, but don't cave into their complaining. 16) When they are either just trying to piss off the moderators or spamming. 17) Probably my highest one. Why I'm too stupid for April Fools. 18) N/A 19) Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark Because I got gilded for referencing a book I hid begind my dresser for months because it scared me to look at it. No shame. 20) Anon Asks Dewie a Question because I had it for months but didn't think it was worthy, come to find out it made the front page. 21) No it means you can't follow the rules. 22) AskReddit because it hooked me into reddit. Plus there are many stories and things to learn here. 23)) Atheism because it's pretty damn hateful. Well, I haven't been there for a while so I can't tell ya really. 24) TIFU I applied to the other day. I like text based subs so that's really it. Maybe /r/Fallout 25) first of all how dare you 26) Yes. 27) second of all how DARE you 28) third HOW dare you 29) wat 30) "Knock knock" "Whose there?" "Jimmy" "Jimmy who?" Jimmy broke down crying as his grandmothers alzheimers progressed to where she could not even remember her own grandson.
