Mod wont rectify mistake to help my dying brother.

I will copy and paste what I have written before. Note this isnt the post I got in trouble for at r/Assistance but just a different post that explains my situation a bit better. You can message me for details. Keep in mind that I sent my brother's medical bills as proof to ANOTHER cancer patient who deemed them true.

Hello all. I'm Michelle (last name hidden for privacy) and I'm a 19-year old college student in Los Angeles, CA. I live away from my family (my mother and my younger brother) who are back in my hometown (again, hidden for privacy). My younger brother was diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukemia in February 2014 and he was told that he had around one month left to live. He's still alive today, a full year past that estimated survival period, but probably won't make it another month for his birthday to turn 11. Because we probably won't be able to celebrate his birthday, we want to celebrate his "One year of being tough" and living past that estimated time of death for March 2014. He's borrowed a PS4 from his friend for the time that he has left because he's too exhausted (Both mentally and physically) to run around and do his typical kid activities. He doesn't have any games though and just plays the same demos all the time, marveling at the games he can never play. I intend to change that and am trying to surprise him with some money on his little Playstation Store (I think its called PSN?) so that he can actually play something that he enjoys and wants to. I know, I know. It's not the best to encourage children to play games but at this point, it really is one of the few things that let him forget about all his medical problems and just be a kid again. However, I'm a student here on a full scholarship but it does not help pay for my living situation. I have two part-time on campus jobs to pay for my rent and I'm left with about 10-15 bucks per week for food. My mother barely makes enough to make ends and refuses to help me in my quest. and so, here we are. I've gone to the lowest of the lows and decided to ask the internet for help. I know its pathetic and inane. I know. But I am desperate. If you have any trouble with the veracity of this post or just want to know more, please send me an inbox. Thank you for your time.

The end. Before reddit, I had used Omegle (anonymous chatting service) to sell pictures of myself for money out of desperation. I hadnt any luck until someone on there told me to try reddit.
