This was my first attempt at doing model editing/replacement minus the horns I'm wearing, it took quite a while because I'm very picky about details like collision and external lighting (neither of which are directly edit-able) but in the end I'm happy with the result. Each trailer leads into a different animal's home, and the window illumination/lamp is reactive to the time of day like usual.
I learned the initial replacement technique in this video by IggyCreates, but flew blind in regards to collision, lighting, and optimization. It's very fun to figure things out on your own.
Any ideas for what should be done next? I'd love to try animal model replacements (squirrel -> Kicks etc.) but I don't know if the game will accept it without a crash. I'm not too familiar with Pocket Camp but I know lots of people have said it has items that would be super cool in ACNH, please share your favourites!
