Basically, up until about 30 minutes ago, I was browsing /r/sandersforpresident, talking about the Oregon primary coming up (my home state)
Then - suddenly, and out of nowhere, I got a message saying this:
You have been banned from participating in /r/SandersForPresident. You can still view and subscribe to /r/SandersForPresident, but you won't be able to post or comment.
If you have a question regarding your ban, you can contact the moderator team for /r/SandersForPresident by replying to this message.

At first I thought it must have been a mistake, since they cited no reason for the ban. I messaged the mods and got no response, so I messaged a specific mod who I thought might've been behind it.
The message I sent to /u/ seamslegit [+5]:
Hey man, I just got mysteriously banned from /r/sandersforpresident
Any idea what happened? I've scrolled through my post history in this subreddit over the past few days and I can't find anything even remotely controversial.
Messaged the mods but would be rad if someone could have a quick look and let me know the cited reason, since there is nothing in the message explaining the ban.
The response I got:
You were banned for yet more incivility. If you really can't figure it out than I don't think you should be on this sub.
At this point I looked through my history again and still couldn't find anything. I was very confused.
I sent this as a reply:
Could you please link me to the post where I was being uncivil?

Looks like a lot of comments where I've been uncivil and would be worth of a ban right?
Let's take a look at the comments he references:
Hmm, was /u/ yellowbrushstrokes [+12] banned too? Nope.
AH! There it is! I said "Get out mate"
Guess that was somehow one of the following (from the subreddit rules)
Name-calling, insults, and other disparaging remarks
That's the rule cited for my ban.
Anyway, I don't want to be banned from this subreddit, I've been on here closely following this campaign and being an ardent Bernie supporter since bloody June 2015.
If there's any way you can spread some awareness about my ban and help me address the mods about it that would be amazing.
