Montana Sapphire. Inclusion matter?

Hello,

I am getting a custom made engagement ring with a 1.2 teal Montana Sapphire. My future fiance really loves this color teal so I went through literally 10,000 sapphires online looking for colors close to this one and ended up picking it. It does have a small inclusion visible on this photo that is also viewable within about 18" if you are really looking for but it does not impact the amount of shine. Cost for the sapphire was $900 but similar without an inclusion are around $1800-$2200 without much of a jump in quality unless you make that jump. There was one for $1400 which had almost no inclusions but was 1 carat only. Do you think I will regret not paying a $1300 premium for a similar stone without any inclusions? I have a stable job, no debt and make a enough to where this will cost me something but will not hurt. Future fiance doesn't get care for jewelry and tends to be active. Thoughts?
