The other day I spoke to this realtor and had made an appointment for the following week. After checking some of our credit information, she told us that one, she believes the location is not for us because it was too small for us. Two our credit information wasn't good enough for what the other people were offering. I said I understood and thanked her for telling us. I had assumed that meant that we had no chance, therefor there was not going to be an appointment.

The following week she messaged me asking where we were, and I apologized and admitted that I had assumed that since we had no chance there wasn't going to be an appointment. We found out later that there were some credit related errors on our end, and that it turns out our credit was a lot higher than we thought. She's now asking for half a year's month of rent, as she frequently mentioned that we stood her up when we messaged her.
