Well, the same should be said for anything. No one should talk about anything about anything unless they're experts in the topic. No, reading a book about something doesn't make you an expert.

So, no one talk about the news of the day unless you're an expert or an authority on the subject. You're not qualified to have any opinion on it.

Also, I don't want to hear anyone talk about what music they like or don't like. Unless you're a musician/composer yourself with a vast amount of work, you're not qualified to critique someone else's music.

Don't want to hear about the movie you saw, you're not a director or writer, so you have no authority in talking about it.
