For BD fans, Mashrafe Mortaza

After 2015, he was captain of a very energetic and the most successful BD side of all time, but as a player he showed up very rarely. He played decently in Bangladesh, but was tonked all over the place overseas because of his low pace.

He had a few great performances (one great all-round performance in the 2nd ODI against England in 2016, great bowling performances against West Indies in 2018 and against Zimbabwe in general), but he ended up being the weak link in the team during the 2019 WC.

I think he overstayed his welcome and should've retired from international cricket after the 2019 WC. He'd still be a great presence to have in domestic teams or even as coaching/mentoring staff in the international team though, especially for the young players who look up to him for guidance.
