This is a digital shortwave receiver in the Netherlands and their antenna picks it up quite well. The site can only handle 420 (huehuehue) users at a time, so try not to hug it to death. On 14,131.85 you can sometimes hear a "SKYKING" message. This is the U.S. Air Force sending one time cypher codes (presumably) to bases and bombers. You won't crack the code and it's most likely in every case just "Nuclear war isn't happening right now" but it can be fun for some people to listen to. (4chan had a hard-on for SKYKING last winter during Russian drills.) If you end up liking DSR, you can download a program called "Sigmira" and listen to stations with many different antenna locations. [Edit] This is the link to Sigmira.[5] There should be plenty of how-to's online to quickly understand how to use USB, LSB, and AM. You'll hear strange things sometimes like warbling sounds and pips. These are all innocuous things like beacons and transponders. Sometimes, and it has been awhile since I listened for it, you can hear North Korea jamming Voice of America and South Korean broadcasts, it's kind of neat. EDIT: It's at least 0924hrs Local in the region UVB-76 transmits from and the Sun's interference kills the propagation significantly. It usually only reaches America at night and maybe this kills it as close as Netherlands.
