To mothers; what personal hobbies do you have that easily work around having young children?

My wife is 36 and works a corporate 8-5. She comes home and I go to work from 6-late so we switch turns with our 3 year old son. We recently realized that she doesn't have any interests or hobbies of her own anymore. She may watch a some netflix or read a little before bed but that's it. I on the other hand play a strategy game on my phone, have reddit, cook, and chat with friends online. She's more of a face to face person, and due to our schedules we don't get to see friends much. Our weekends are spent together as a family. We both think she could really use a hobby to feel like an individual again and make her relax and have fun. The floor is obviously open to all if you have suggestions :-)
