Movies you hate, but everyone else seems to love

Star Wars TFA is a trash tier copy paste popculture pc corporate checklist production that I feel should be erased from history if we ever get a time machine working.

Star Trek(2009), Star Trek Into The Darkness, Star Trek Beyond are all garbage CGI ridden action films in space. Adding Star Trek props to the Fast and the Furious films would make them more authentic Star Trek than these new films are.

Harry Potter is an unwatchable snooze fest, the various nonsensical over-eventful scenes make it very difficult to watch. I fell asleep 3 times while trying to watch it because sleeping is more exciting, on three separate occasions months/years apart no less.

Just about all Marvel movies after maybe Iron man 2 have been utter mass produced corporate garbage. Most of them being devoid of any kind of authenticity, "queue unbelievable CGI action sequence 51325312" yeah... no thanks, there are ways to make exceptional powers seem also authentic. I'm at the point where Ang Lee's "Hulk" is becoming a closer match to human biology documentaries than the modern Marvel films are to it.

Hunger Games is an awful naive soap level filmatisation that I feel humanity and most notably the creators should be punished for collectively by a Klingon tribunal

Divergent is like someone having a stroke while writing the script for Hunger Games and producing that drooling mongoloid experience as a new franchise
