[To Muslims] How do you justify Qur'anic verse 4:34?

The Qur'an is speaking in generalities. There are always exceptions to every case. An average woman is still infinitely stronger than a quadriplegic man - but that doesn't invalidate that generally speaking, throughout the overwhelmingly vast majority of history, men have defended women rather than the other way around.

Aside from that, Women are also capable of working and providing for their families. Women too can work in professions that are normally considered to be "male-dominated".

I absolutely agree. Khadijah was the first wife of Muhammad (SAW) and the breadwinner in their marriage. However, once again it must be said that it is generally the role of men to provide for their families, not the other way around. Even in the most progressive cross-section of society you will find that stay at home mothers are more popular than stay at home fathers.

My point is, Man doesn't have to take care of Woman all the time as a woman is quite capable of caring for herself.

I think there is a distinction drawn here in Islam between what is required and what is allowed. Woman are allowed to work and take care of themselves. If a woman wants to work and earn money and support herself, or even her husband and her kids, more power to her. However, the principle that Islam seeks to establish is that a woman should not be required to work just to support herself, and so commands men to provide for women.
