Lenny Kravitz! I was obsessed with him growing up. Really got me through some hard times. When he walked into the restaurant I was the rock star server at I knew I would get him.

He was with a waifish supermodel. She tried to order for herself. He interrupted her, changed her order- because she had a shoot coming up and “he was just looking out for her”

She conceded, and we did get to catch that one knowing glance. I was like aw man he’s just some L.A. dude. I thought he would be cooler than that.

Best celebrities I served: Anthony Kiedis & Celeste, Kirsten Dunst, Owen Wilson, Jeff Daniels, and surprisingly Steve Harvey. Steve does not take any shit. He doesn’t want you hanging all around him. But he’s a real mofo and I liked him immediately.
