My(28M) ex(27F) bf is verbially threatening me and antagonizing to start a fight so my ex can take full custody of my kids.

I try my best in a society that does give women more of an advantage...

Yes, it's SO much better being a woman in society. I never have to worry about being raped and I never get looked at funny just for wearing a nice outfit that I thought I looked good in. If I get knocked up I get to have total control over what happens to my body. During my child bearing years I never get turned down for a promotion because I might be getting pregnant soon. I never have to worry about people thinking I slept my way to the top if I'm too attractive. My clothes aren't way more expensive than yours just because I'm a woman even when they have the same amount of fabric. It doesn't cost significantly more to have my hair cut even when it's the same length, because I'm a woman. I always get paid what I'm worth, never less just because I'm a woman. I never get judged more harshly for my sexual history than a man ever would. It's not completely unfair that I have to have a period each month for both my partner and myself to benefit from that by having a child - not to mention that I have to carry it and breastfeed it and usually be responsible for the contraception for avoiding having it if I want to avoid it./s

Yeah, it's WAY better being a woman.

Even in the context you're using here what you're saying doesn't make sense. The only reasons women have custody in greater numbers than men is because men don't fight for their kids very often. When they do they almost always get custody at 50%. Look it up (this sub doesn't allow links but it's easy to Google) as it turns out this is a myth that reddit likes to spread around but it's not really true. Men more often walk away from their kids and women more often don't, that's just how life works most of the time. Woman have to take the responsibility when a child is born and men have the option to just leave. Sure, sometimes there are exceptions to that rule. But not very often. I encourage you to look it up.
