My horrible experience with South Bay Traps and they lies they told.

I looked up the weather history in 90266 and it shows 70~80 and a couple of 90s with no signs of rain (weather.com)

90266 is mile from the beach, if it was 80F, can u imagine what it was like inland? and even your Weather.com screenshot has .15 and .13 inches of rain (alot for LA). If they say it was too hot to ship, trust them. That was the weekend a tropical storm blew through Los Angeles.

I guess I got too involved in this, should have just commented on the weather and stopped there. I've had my own run in with SBTraps, but I still think you're being unreasonable.

They told you they're a 3 person family business, and 2 of the people were in the hospital with their father. You're not their only customer, and they said they were overwhelmed with shipments. Even his response says it took him a month to see your email and said sorry. It sounds like you don't know what it takes to run a business and have way too high of standards from a 3 person operation.

And I only mentioned you were trying to tarnish their reputation becuase you've admitted to posting on Facebook, Instagram, Google Reviews, Reddit, and Sarracenia Forum. All because they were too busy fulfilling your order to cancel it a week later. Even if their apology wasn't to your standard. They said sorry and they were too busy to see your request to cancel. And you still got what you ordered.

You're starting to sound very needy. Multiple emails, phone calls, and social media comments because you changed your mind a week later about some pots? I probably would block you too. How about having some compassion for another Carnivorous Plant grower that's trying to run a small company whose dad was hospitalized.

Anyway, I'm done here. Sounds like you always have to be right. So there you have it, you're right. Let other people decide for themselves.
