Exercise only helps to retain muscle, it does not do anything for reducing fat. Fat storage is caused by having to much sugar in your blood which gets converted into fat and stored. Insulin rises to do this and carry glucose, which is sugar, and carbs like pasta and bread are also made into sugar and glucose.

Your body burns either sugar or fat. On sugar you have 2,000 calories to burn, anything over is stored in fat. And you can only exercise the stored fat after eating through all your sugar, but eating sugar makes you hungry because it is your preferred food source. So the cycle is endless and you over eat and over store fat.

When you are eating more fat and less carbs and sugars, your body then burns fat instead, and then your body can access the stored fat and burn it as well. This is actually how humans are suppose to run, we have 40,000 calories in fat. People can run 100 miles marathons on fat without food. This is impossible on sugar, because we are not meant to eat sugar. This is why you loose the weight, are body converts fat into ketones and uses it instead of glucose.

Saturated fats are no longer bad for you, your body over secretes salt from your kidneys and salt is no longer bad for you, all the health facts about balanced diets and reducing fat is a LIE, its all bullshit by the government, I hate to curse, but it is facts!

They are forcing a one size fits all diet and in reality most people cannot tolerate carbs in their diet, only 1 in 4 people in america can and only 1 in like 20 from some other country's. Because it is about what your ancestors ate. We've only had carbs and bread and sugar in such huge amounts for a few hundred years, before rome, there was no wheat or potatoes to most of the world.

This is the same thing about lactose intolerant or gluten intolerance. You can be carbohydrate intolerant to. The worse this problem is the worse the issues, it can be metabolic syndrome and weight gain, it can go to type 2 or 1 diabetes, it can even progress to what they now called TYPE 3 - Diabetes, which is Parkinsons and Alzheimers, because the brain and muscles can no longer use glucose as a fuel source because they are insulin resistance.

And this is only because your body has to produce so much insulin from your pancreas to carry this sugar, when you produce ketones, your insulin sensitivity comes back, and your insulin levels down because you are not over taxing your body. If you continue to eat sugar you can eventually make your pancreas unable to produce insulin which is type 1 diabetes.

Your fat levels drop, your blood pressure improves, your PH balance, your health. If you read this book, it will help you, if anything just look up (Dr stephen Phinneys) and find his videos on youtube!

I feel the need to message this to you, just so you see it! It has changed my life. and I hope it can help you and your brother and any other family members. And it is something you can start doing now. It is low carb, moderate protein, and high fat.

I swear to you I'm not lying, when I say this is real, america has been wrong about demonizing fat for the last 50 years, if seeing the rise in obesity and disease in only three to four decades having almost doubled if not tripled, does not explain the fact that carbs are bad, the only thing I can tell you is to read the book and watch the videos and then come back and say you do not believe it.
