Coercion is considered a form of abuse as well as lording over someone. I'd argue this contract is evidence of both irregardless of it coming from your parents.

The agreement is terrible but the motivation behind it is what scares me. People who love each other don't do this.

I would suggest maybe calling the national abuse hotline and discussing with them. They may have some tools you can use to get out on your own. I say this in addition to many other comments geared towards getting you out on your own like getting your personal documents in order. This relationship is abusive and unhealthy.
