HiRez, it was suspected that you really don't care about OCE before this, but now we can tell for sure: you don't give a shit. Taking care of us is more effort than it's worth.

Patches are during OCE prime time. If there is a patch, we can't play - DURING - the only leisure time some of us get on weekdays. It's our time to relax, have fun, play a game - so we're going to play A DIFFERENT GAME. You're bleeding your playerbase every time you update the game. Not everyone can wait 2-3hours to play. Often there are hotfixes on nights directly after patches. This means we can't play 2 (or even 3) days in a row. How hard is it to stagger patches? How does it still take HOURS to patch?

For roughly half of 2016 there was INSANE lobby lag for parties of 4-5. Check it out. This went unanswered for MONTHS and STILL happens for some people. This was a regional problem. It wasn't NA or EU. I don't know about other regions.

My friends list is full of people who've quit. A whole chunk of my clan plays LoL now. And now I'm gone too. I'm not playing on that latency. It's not fun.
