Natalists won't let an ill man die with diginity

If interpreted with much charity, the pro-life argument could make a modicum of sense. If you truly believed that an underdeveloped fetus was a living human that had personhood, then you might be able to argue that intentionally aborting a fetus was equivalent to murder. For example, again using charity, no one would agree with murdering a birthed baby because it's fairly universally accepted that a birthed baby has personhood and consequently rights.

However, I don't understand what type of argument people would make when trying to justify anti-right-to-die sentiments. Wouldn't these people want to have control over their own lives? Why would they want to give up the freedom to choose when and how they would like to live and die?
