I'm pretty sure actual plans to divvy up the British Isles were as such:
• Ireland would be reunited with Northern Ireland. Ireland would still be sovereign.
• England and Wales would be under Reich control. Wales would be an odd puppet state to a Reichkommissariat based in England. No defined capital city.
• Scotland would be granted sovereign indepence.

Not sure about the fate of the Isle of Man. Though I'm pretty sure the British islands off of the coast of France were to be transferred into a "SS State of Brittany", A.K.A a Reichkommissariat based out of Brittany, but I think it would be purely governed by the Schutzstaffe.
