A Surviving Pecheneg Khanate

Cultural Development in the Khanate:

The Pecheneg Khanate was a generally tolerant Khanate, with the ruling Küräid family being more concerned with taxes being payed on time than what language you spoke or culture you belonged to. This attitude would lead to eventual cultural hybridization, the largest product of which being Dobrujan, the culture the Royal family itself would go onto adopt.

Romaois - Byzantine Greeks from the Eastern Roman Empire who migrated while the Pechenegs were a march. Their culture remains much the same as the Pechenegs offered them tolerance. Aromanian - Romaois who migrated into the Latinized Vlach culture would eventually go on to form a fusion culture of the two. Much like OTL Aromanian.

Vlach - Very similar to OTL Romanian, with some light linguistical influence from the Pecheneg language. Transylvanian - Vlach culture slightly influenced by Hungarian and German language and culture.

Dobrujan - The main culture of the Khanate, the Dobrujans are a cultural marriage of the Vlach and Pecheneg people with slight Bulgarian and Romaois influence. As the Pecheneg population mingled and interbred with Vlach locals they would go onto adopt many Vlach innovations and cultural traditions. However they would still maintain the use of the Pecheneg Turkic language as their primary language, although Romaois, Vlach and Bulgarian loanwords would gradually be introduced. Dobrojans are a largely bilingual people, with both the Vlach and Pecheneg language being commonly known. Dobrojans maintain good relations with their Vlach and Turkic brothers and have many exclaves within the Khanate along waterways and coasts.

Pecheneg - The original Turkic culture of the Khanate, much of the Pecheneg people would assimilate into the aforementioned Dobrujan culture. Pechenegs in the northern planes of Moldavia however would largely remain uninfluenced and continue to live there today. Torkil - Another Turkic tribe related to the Pechenegs who accompanied them in the initial migration. They too remain largely uninfluenced.
